RangeWater Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, occupancy, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You will execute offsite marketing, analyze market trends, and maintain property standards while coordinating with team members to meet revenue goals and provide excellent resident service.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours and show apartments
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks
• Prepare lease and move-in package and ensure smooth move-in and signing
• Execute offsite marketing to drive traffic using internet, social media, referrals and employer outreach
• Maintain property standards through daily inspections and report any issues
• Respond promptly to resident and client/owner questions and resolve problems
• Support lease renewals and ensure renewal documents are signed and implemented on time
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue
• Collaborate with team to meet occupancy and revenue goals and ensure show units are presentable
