Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move‑in.

The role includes offsite marketing, market analysis, and renewals, with weekend availability and local travel as needed. The successful candidate will bring strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with experience in property

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day‑to‑day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes. Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).
• Licenses and Certificates Requirements: Licenses Current Valid Driver's License Certifications None
• Physical Requirements: Weights Requirements: Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
• Mobility Requirements: The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat. Intermittently required to sit and perform keyboard work.
• Travel Requirements: Routine local travel may be required to run business-related errands including but not limited to meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Executes marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, screenings, and lease documents.
• Designs offsite marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach.
• Gather market trends and adjust plans to sustain occupancy and results.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and respond to resident concerns promptly.
