RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing activities, tours, and renewals at our multi‑family properties. You will greet prospects, screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate move‑in to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include marketing, driving traffic, and maintaining property standards while providing excellent customer service during the leasing cycle and renewal process.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-person property tours, greet prospects, and qualify them.
• Process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Implement offsite marketing and drive traffic to the property.
• Ensure lease renewals are signed and processed on time.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and show units to meet standards.
