Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy through effective marketing, tours, applications, and renewals. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins, ensuring accuracy and resident satisfaction.

You will also design local marketing activities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the team to maintain high show-quality standards and exceptional resident experiences across the community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Screen credit and background checks; prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate move-in and ensure smooth tenant onboarding.
• Design offsite marketing and referral programs to drive traffic.
• Monitor occupancy and renewals; implement marketing plans.
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards.
