Avenue5 Residential in Tacoma seeks a leasing consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.

Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; sales/leasing experience preferred.
• Experience in residential leasing is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with planning resident activities and support clerical duties as needed.
