Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills requested.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Provide clerical support and maintain records; assist with resident relations and activities.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and schedule tours.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and safety rules.
