Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Everett, WA to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to work independently, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems; basic MS Office knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email and convert traffic to appointments.
