Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Edgewood, WA to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will engage prospective residents, qualify leads, and coordinate tours to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate records and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
• Maintain records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with clerical tasks and provide support to management as needed.
