Avenue5 Residential in Portland, OR is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, know Yardi Voyager or similar systems, and are proficient with MS Office. A high school diploma and at least one year in sales or residential leasing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and deliver documentation monthly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects via phone, mail, or email.
• Convert phone inquiries into scheduled tours and appointments.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Comply with company policies and safety rules.
