Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.

Strong focus on customer service and empathy, with experience using Yardi Voyager or similar systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Generate weekly leasing reports and complete move-in paperwork and documentation.
