Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Vista, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while ensuring resident satisfaction and high occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment showings, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing records and prepare lease documentation.
• Conduct property tours and orient residents to the community.
• Assist with weekly leasing reports and renewal processing.
