Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant in California to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, ensuring maximum occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and communication skills, familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with leasing or property management is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to navigate basic software.
• Ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with planning resident activities and events.
