Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity and lease documentation.
