Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Henderson, NV to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals, while delivering excellent resident and client service. You will interact with prospects and current residents to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.

The role requires one year of leasing experience and strong MS Office skills. A schedule from Tuesday to Saturday may apply, with opportunities in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leads.
• Provide clerical support to management as needed.
