Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Henderson, NV to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals while delivering outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
• Maintain confidential resident files and complete weekly leasing reports.
