Avenue5 Residential in Reno, NV is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment rentals, move-ins and renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and deliver excellent service.

You will maintain records, prepare lease documents, coordinate move-in/out with maintenance, and assist with resident events. A high school diploma and some leasing or sales experience are preferred; familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and support resident relations.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and enter information into the computer.
• Process renewal paperwork and monthly documentation.
• Tour property and ensure model apartments are presentable.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Assist with safety and policy compliance.
