Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of sales or residential leasing experience. Strong customer service, basic MS Office and Yardi Voyager skills are preferred, along with

• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and scheduling.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and assist with resident relations.
