Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

You will tour properties, handle lease documentation, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and basic office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
• Qualify prospects, schedule tours, and process renewal paperwork monthly.
• Provide clerical support and assist with resident activities and events.
