Avenue5 Residential in Henderson, NV is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to ensure occupancy and satisfaction.

The role requires customer-focused service, experience with leasing processes, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Process move-in paperwork and coordinate with maintenance for move-ins/outs.
