Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals at our North Las Vegas property. You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and satisfaction, prepare leases, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires excellent customer service, sales aptitude, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain records and weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with planning resident activities and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
