Job summary

You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention, schedule tours, prepare paperwork, and maintain accurate records.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of sales or leasing experience, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and qualify traffic, lease apartments, prepare lease docs, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Maintain accurate records and perform weekly leasing reports.
• Support management with clerical tasks and property invoices.
