Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to vet leads, and experience with leasing processes. A strong team environment and growth opportunities accompany a comprehensive benefits program.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain accurate traffic records.
