Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to drive exceptional living experiences across marketing, sales, and customer engagement for our communities. You will engage prospects, applicants, and residents to find the best homes and guide them through application, leasing, move-in, renewal, and move-out processes.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service background, hospitality or property management exposure, and solid communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries in accordance with Exceptional Living Policies.
• Deliver high resident experience through responsive, professional interactions.
• Create exceptional Living experiences during every customer and resident encounter.
• Attract new prospects through outreach and advertising using our unique selling features; respond to inquiries.
• Follow up with all qualified prospects per the Exceptional Living policy.
• Renew residents at lease end where required.
• Monitor and manage the prospective resident waitlist per company policy.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify deficiencies and address them.
• Prepare property for daily showings; open/close model units and amenities.
• Conduct move-in pre-inspections and move-out inspections using company software.
• Assist with Lifeworks events and activities as required.
• Understand lease agreements and community policies to help residents.
• Conduct Market Surveys to compare competition weaknesses and advantages.
• Understand company software usage and policies.
