Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage marketing, sales, and resident engagement for our communities. You will serve prospects, applicants, and residents, guiding them through applications, leasing, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs to create an exceptional living experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; property management or hospitality preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office—Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all community inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Deliver high levels of resident experience and satisfaction.
• Attract prospects through outreach and advertising of features.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per policy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms where applicable.
• Manage the waitlist and coordinate property showings.
• Assist with move-ins, inspections, and occupancy readiness.
