Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional living experiences across property marketing, leasing, and resident engagement. You will guide applicants through application, leasing, move-in, renewal or move-out with a focus on outstanding service.

You will respond to inquiries, host showings, coordinate events, and maintain positive relationships with residents, prospects and partners, using our Exceptional Living policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; Property Management or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Solid interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries.
• Deliver the highest level of resident experience and satisfaction.
• Create exceptional living experiences during every encounter with prospects and residents.
• Attract new prospects through outreach and advertising; respond to inquiries.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per policy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms where required.
• Monitor waitlist per policy.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify deficiencies.
• Prepare property for daily showings and assist with move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate Lifeworks events as required.
• Understand lease agreements and policies to assist residents.
