Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to drive exceptional living experiences across property marketing, leasing, and resident engagement. You will guide prospects and existing residents through applications, showings, move-in, renewals, and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; Property Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Solid interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Possession of a valid state issued Driver’s License and safe driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries per Exceptional Living Policies.
• Deliver high level resident experience through professional interactions.
• Create exceptional living experiences during every customer and resident encounter.
• Attract new prospects through outreach and advertising using our selling features.
• Follow up with all qualified prospects according to Exceptional Living policy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms when required.
• Monitor and manage the prospective resident waitlist.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify deficiencies.
• Prepare property for daily showings and open/close model units and amenities.
• Conduct pre-inspections on move-ins and move-out inspections using company software.
• Support Lifeworks events and activities as required.
• Understand community lease agreements and policies to assist residents.
