Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. in Austin is seeking a Leasing Consultant who will be the first impression for prospective and current residents, guiding tours, processing applications and ensuring a seamless move-in experience.

You will leverage strong communication, customer service instincts, and problem-solving to meet leasing, retention and occupancy goals while coordinating resident events and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and lease documents.
• Showcase community features aligned with customer needs.
• Maintain renewals through a customer-focused approach.
• Use marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with residents.
• Collaborate with team on resident events and assist in other projects.
