Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Showcase community features aligned with customer needs.
• Support renewals with a customer-focused approach throughout the year.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to drive property traffic.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events and assist in other projects.
