Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. Proficiency with MS Office is expected, and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the lease and preparing documents.
• Showcase community features aligned to customer needs.
• Support renewal process with a customer-focused approach.
• Develop and implement marketing/social strategies to increase traffic.
• Coordinate with team for resident events and activities.
