Camden Property Trust is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the Austin, TX area. You will be the first impression for potential and current residents, guiding them through tours, lease signing, and move-in experiences with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship-building.

Responsibilities include showcasing community features, driving occupancy, and supporting renewals while maintaining detailed knowledge of the properties and market.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and inspecting units.
• Showcase community features to meet customer needs.
• Ensure smooth renewals by maintaining a customer-focused attitude.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to increase traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-ups.
