Job summary

Camden in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant who will serve as the first impression for prospective and current residents. You will guide tours, close leases, and ensure a smooth move-in experience while meeting occupancy goals.

You’ll support renewals, use creative marketing to drive traffic, and maintain detailed resident files. This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and flexibility for weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Showcase community features to align with customer needs.
• Support renewal processes and occupancy goals.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to increase traffic.
• Maintain accurate community knowledge and communicate effectively with residents.
• Assist in planning resident events and collaborate with team members.
