Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking Leasing Consultants to be the first impression for residents at our Chandler, AZ communities. You will guide tours, close leases, and ensure a positive move-in experience while achieving occupancy goals.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to build relationships, and a customer-focused approach. Experience in sales or hospitality and proficiency with MS Office are preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Showcase community features to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to renewals.
• Develop marketing strategies to drive property traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention goals via follow-ups.
• Prepare lease documents and maintain resident files.
• Coordinate resident events with the team.
• Assist in other projects as needed.
