Job summary

Camden is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX where you will be the first impression for residents. You will guide tours, close leases, and coordinate move-ins while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

You will showcase community features, support renewals, and help drive occupancy goals with creative marketing. Weekend work, strong communication, and knowledge of OneSite/YieldStar are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales, hospitality or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and YieldStar preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Showcase community features aligned to customer needs.
• Maintain a customer-focused attitude for smooth renewals.
• Develop marketing and social media strategies to attract traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-ups.
• Handle unexpected situations with problem solving.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and competitors.
• Promote positive resident relations with timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents and resident files with accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events.
• Assist in other projects as needed.
