Balfour Beatty Communities in Abilene, TX seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional living experiences. You will engage prospects, applicants and residents, guiding them through applications, leasing, move‑in, renewal, and move‑out processes to find the best home for their needs.

You will manage inquiries, drive resident satisfaction, and coordinate marketing and events with a focus on Exceptional Living standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; property management or hospitality preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid state driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries with professionalism.
• Deliver high levels of resident experience and satisfaction through consistent interactions.
• Create exceptional living experiences during every resident encounter.
• Attract new prospects and respond to inquiries using unique selling features.
• Follow up with qualified prospects according to policy.
• Renew residents at lease end where required.
• Monitor waitlist and coordinate property readiness for showings.
• Inspect the property regularly and address deficiencies.
• Prepare property for daily showings and manage move‑in readiness.
