Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support marketing, sales, and resident engagement across our properties. You will welcome prospects, assist applicants, and guide residents through leasing, move-in, renewal, and move-out processes with a focus on creating exceptional living experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, especially in property management or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for resident interactions.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to community inquiries promptly and professionally according to Living Policies.
• Deliver exceptional resident experiences through friendly, proactive interactions.
• Assist with attracting new prospects and guiding applicants through leasing processes.
• Follow up with qualified prospects and coordinate renewals and move-outs.
• Manage property showings, inspections, and move-in readiness with attention to detail.
• Support Lifeworks events and activities as needed.
