You will guide prospects and residents through applications, leases, move-ins and renewals, while ensuring exceptional living experiences and strong first impressions.

The role emphasizes responsive service, outreach to attract new residents, and adherence to our Exceptional Living policies to maintain high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; property management or hospitality preferred.
• Strong people and leadership skills; excellent communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to community inquiries with professionalism.
• Deliver high resident experience through consistent interactions.
• Attract prospects through outreach and advertising; follow up on qualified leads.
• Assist residents through lease, move-in, renewal and move-out processes.
• Monitor resident waitlists and coordinate property showings.
