You will manage inquiries, guide applicants through the application and move-in process, support lease renewals, and help prepare show-ready homes while maintaining high service standards for residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or hospitality background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with property management or hospitality is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to community inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional resident experiences through proactive engagement.
• Assist with attracting prospects and guiding them through the application process.
• Support lease renewals and move-in/move-out activities.
• Maintain property appearance and prepare for showings.
