Thrive Communities seeks a hands-on Property Operations Specialist to manage finances, resident services, and leasing activities across multiple communities. This 100% on-site role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to ensure accurate financials and exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities include handling invoices and deposits, performing month-end tasks, guiding leasing processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management or related customer service environments.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and resident accounts processes.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and maintain Thrive values.

Responsibilities

• Manage property invoices, accounts payable, resident accounts, deposits, and related financial records.
• Serve as primary contact for resident inquiries and maintain knowledge of community policies and amenities.
• Respond to prospect inquiries, provide leasing guidance, and tour assigned communities.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the property operations.
