Job summary

Thrive is seeking a property management professional to oversee financials, leasing operations, and on-site staff at multiple communities. This role focuses on budget adherence, rent collection, and strong leadership across on-site teams.

The candidate will manage monthly reporting, training, and compliance initiatives while fostering a positive resident experience and ensuring high standards of property performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent to demonstrate proficiency.
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting for a multi-site property.
• Notary license may be required or obtainable within 3 months (per listing).

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget formulation and ensure spending stays within guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected on time and posted promptly.
• Supervise on-site staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate training.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variances, and lease-related reconciliations.
• Maintain leasing office operations, records, and compliance with program requirements.
