Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle is seeking a full-time Property Accountant/Property Manager support role operating 34 paid days off per year, with a strong focus on income collection, accounts payable, and resident relations.

You will oversee leasing duties, marketing efforts, and administrative tasks while ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments. This in-person position requires attention to detail, collaboration, and a customer-focused approach to community satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management or equivalent, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.

Responsibilities

• Income collection and accounts payable, including maintaining resident records and processing deposits.
• Oversees invoice management and timely payments.
• Manages month-end procedures and credit card reconciliations as needed.
• Resident relations to maintain community engagement and retention.
• Marketing responsibilities for listings and leasing activities.
• Administrative duties: reports, leases, paperwork, move-ins/outs.
• General duties as assigned by Community/Regional Manager.
