Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle is seeking an in-person Property Accounting & Leasing Associate to manage income collection, accounts payable, and resident records with accuracy and timeliness.

You will support leasing, respond to inquiries, coordinate with vendors, and help marketing efforts to sustain high resident satisfaction. This FT role requires reliable, detail‑oriented professionals ready to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts Payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying/entering invoices.
• Affordable housing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable: maintain resident records, issue notices, deposit receipts, oversee payments.
• Resident Relations: foster community, maintain positive relations, inspect properties, monitor move-outs and retention.
• Marketing: manage ads on Craigslist etc., greet prospects, show the community, answer inquiries, stay aware of local market trends.
• Administrative: update reports daily, organize leases/documents, proofread paperwork, process move-ins/outs.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by managers.
