Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a hands-on Financial Operations professional to manage invoices, resident accounts, and month-end activities across multiple communities. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong collaboration with accounting and property teams.

You will travel to sites for tours, leasing support, and operational needs, ensuring accurate records and excellent resident service. A CALP designation is a plus and 100% on-site work is expected in Portland, OR.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management and resident services.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and resident accounts processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail required.
• Ability to travel between communities and manage competing priorities.
• CALP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage property invoices, accounts payable, and resident account activity.
• Support month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Review financial information with cross-functional teams for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate resident and lease documentation across communities.
• Travel to assigned communities to support leasing and operations.
