Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a property management professional to join our team. You will handle income collections, accounts payable, and maintain accurate resident records while supporting month-end processes.

The role emphasizes resident relations and leasing activity with strong attention to detail. You will also contribute to marketing efforts, respond to inquiries, and help manage move-ins and move-outs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or similar experience including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On‑Site systems.

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable: maintain resident records, issue notices, deposit receipts, manage invoices, and support month-end activities.
• Resident Relations: foster community, handle move-ins/outs, ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Marketing: manage ads, greet prospects, show the community, respond to inquiries and monitor market trends.
• Administrative: update reports, file leases, process paperwork and move-ins/outs, handle service requests.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
