Thrive Communities in Seattle seeks a full-time property management professional to handle income collection, accounts payable, leasing duties, and resident relations. This 100% in-person role follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule across our communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management or equivalent
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site
• Accounts Payable experience

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable related to resident accounts
• Maintain resident records and process notices
• Oversee deposits, payments, and month-end procedures
• Support with move-ins/move-outs and lease paperwork
• On-site administrative tasks and reporting
