Job summary

Thrive Communities is hiring for a 100% in-person, full-time role in Portland, OR. You will manage financial operations, resident accounts, and deposits across several communities while delivering excellent resident experiences and handling leasing activities.

Travel to assigned properties is required to support tours, address operational needs, and ensure high standards of service. A CALP designation and experience with property software are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management or related customer service.
• Experience with accounts payable and month-end processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communities and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage property invoices, accounts payable, resident accounts, deposits, and related financial records across communities.
• Serve as primary contact for resident inquiries and leasing needs; ensure timely follow-up.
• Support leasing activity, conduct tours, and assist operations across communities.
