Thrive Communities is seeking a property management professional in Seattle to manage income collection, accounts payable, and resident relations. The role supports leasing activities, marketing, and administrative tasks essential to community operations.

You will maintain accurate resident records, process notices, deposits, and lease paperwork while ensuring timely payments and strong resident satisfaction. A fast-paced, in-person environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts Payable experience or ability to review and pay invoices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident records, notices, deposits, and oversee payments.
• Foster resident relations, inspect properties, and address service needs with maintenance staff.
• Support marketing efforts: ads, leasing duties, and timely inquiries.
• Update daily reports, file leases and paperwork, and process move-ins/outs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community/Regional Manager.
