Thrive Property Group is seeking a detail-oriented Property Operations Specialist to support daily multifamily property management tasks. You will assist the Property Coordinator and Managers with resident communication, leasing support, and collections while helping maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes organized admin support, professional communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or related coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years of property management, leasing, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• Experience with rent collections and delinquency management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident communications and provide excellent customer service.
• Support leasing process, applications, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Assist with delinquency management and collections per policy.
• Maintain accurate tenant records in property management software.
• Support onboarding of newly acquired properties and related documents.
