You will assist the Property Coordinator and Managers with resident communication, leasing support, and collections while helping maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or related coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years of property management, leasing, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• Experience with rent collections and delinquency management is desirable.

• Manage resident communications and provide excellent customer service.
• Support leasing process, applications, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Assist with delinquency management and collections per policy.
• Maintain accurate tenant records in property management software.
• Support onboarding of newly acquired properties and related documents.
