Thrive Communities is seeking a property manager to lead on-site operations at our Seattle-area communities. The role emphasizes financial oversight, leasing, personnel leadership, and regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will manage budgets, supervise on-site teams, and coordinate with HR to hire and train staff while maintaining strong resident relations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and stay within guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected on time and posted accurately.
• Oversee on-site staff hiring, training, and supervision.
