Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead property teams, drive leasing and marketing strategies, and manage budgets and operations for a multifamily community. You will supervise staff, hire and train new employees, and ensure service standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, weekend availability as scheduled, and the ability to manage vendor and client relationships to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Ability to hire, lead, direct, evaluate and manage subordinates.
• Experience in budget modeling, forecasting and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage team and perform employee evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet revenue goals via marketing and leasing strategies.
• Configure budgets and conduct financial reporting.
• Oversee property maintenance and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws governing multi‑family housing.
