The position supports rent collection, move-ins/outs, and escalation of service issues, with a focus on accurate paperwork and strong customer service. This role requires flexibility and weekend availability at times.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service or leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to process applications and credit checks per procedures.
• Proficient with standard office software and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads using lead cards and applications.
• Process applications, credit checks, and renewal/lease documentation.
• Show apartments, close leases, and conduct move-ins with orientation.
• Manage renewals, notices, and move-outs; update property software.
